Non-Resident Firearms Declaration Form And Information


Bringing a firearm into Canada is a straight-forward process, as long as you follow the rules.  Click the link below and fill out the form ahead of time before reaching the Canada Customs, but do not sign the bottom.  You will need to sign the form in the presence of a Canadian Customs Officer.

Here is the link for the RCMP site with the form.  Please note that while it's best to use 8.5"x14" paper, some printers will adjust the document automatically to the size in your tray.
